Why I do what I do
When I was young my family faced tragedy that left us with questions, uncertainty and heartache. We missed out on many opportunities to learn and create memories. We never had the chance to ask the questions we wish we would have. I understand the struggles of founder loss, have dedicated my life’s work to helping other’s solve their challenges, creating deeper connection, and securing continuity in their business.
Danielle's work revolves around helping family farms navigate their future, addressing concerns about potential transitions and the legacy they wish to leave behind.
Uncertainties around post-retirement life, family involvement in the business, and trusting successor capabilities are some common issues she addresses.
She understands the struggles of founder loss and has dedicated her life to helping others overcome their challenges, fostering deeper connections, and ensuring business continuity.
Danielle's approach is tailored to each family's individual needs, and she relies on her empathy and curiosity to create flexible systems that yield the best results.
