FAQs

I know you are thinking time and money. I know how busy and stressful the day to day operation is and this is the last thing you want to talk about; we focus on creating a simple process that everyone can work on together.

  • Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours of time over the course the year. Works out to a half hour to an hour a week.

  • Anywhere from $1,000 to $12,000 (one year) depending on the size and speed of the family.

  • That’s the main reason Farmers come to us, to help them explore options and try different paths without harming the operation or family

  • When we two founders that are on the same page, then yes I would recommend a conversation to keep everyone informed on the big picture vision. Again, this is up to you, although recommended that there is a conversation with the family it is always up to the founders and what they need and when.

  • Yes that is our goal to ensure clear communication and understanding of the changes that will take place, proactively.

Hear it from Our Clients

  • “Danielle’s biggest strength is her ability to adapt your continuity planning to suit your family’s individual needs. She has several great qualities that facilitate this, empathy, a desire to broadly explore systems and methods (curiosity!), and those things allow you to create a flexible system and work with families to best achieve results.”

Why Family Leadership Coaching?

When I was young my family faced tragedy that left us with questions, uncertainty and heartache. We missed out on many opportunities to learn and create memories. We never had the chance to ask the questions we wish we would have. I understand the struggles of founder loss, have dedicated my life’s work to helping other’s solve their challenges, creating deeper connection, and securing continuity in their business.

I am a fourth generation farmer and family business advisor. I help families discover what’s holding them back from creating the farm life they want. I make their life easier by cultivating clarity in communications and putting an end to costly mind-reading that is hurting your relationships and bottom-line.

Get started on your legacy, today.

Every individual and family I work with is different and yes their issues are diverse; the comforting part is that although you feel like you’re the only one out there facing this, I want you to know that you’re not alone! Many solutions to family problems are rooted in about seven common themes that I study and apply daily in work and life.
